The gas retardant of HFC227ea doesn't conduct electricity or damage the ozonosphere, and at the normal temperature, it can be liquefied with high pressure. Under the conditions of normal temperature and normal pressure, the retardant totally volatiles, and leaves nothing after fire protection. HFC227ea automatic fire extinguishing system is a full emersion system, which can be used to put out A-, B- and C-type fire as well as electrical fire, and for fire protection of the public places.The principle of HFC227ea fire extinguishing system is chemical and physical action. Under the same conditions of fire type, scale and spraying time, the lowest designed concentration of this system for putting out A-type fire, namely 7.5% (volume percent), is higher than that of HALON1301 fire extinguishing system. The concentration of the decomposition product of the retardant, namely HF, is also higher than that of HALON1301.
