TPL allows the supervisionof up to 4 doors, up to 44.000 cardholders or up to 53.500 events in memory.The controller' 8 inputs (4 of which supervised) and 4 outputscan be extended to 16 inputs (12 of which supervised) and to 64 outputs, with the addition of plug-in extension boards and satellites.The controller can be connected to the PC via RS485/RS232 or TCP/IP, the latest is available from a plug-in extension card.TPL takes independent decisionsat the local level, such as door opening or outputs / reflexes triggering, without any computer intervention.

New product of the TPL range, the TPL-DR-PoE provides the advantage of easy installation on DIN rails, while being powered directly from the network. The TPL-DR-PoE is designed for high security environment

and combines access control and real time alarm monitoring for both medium-sized projects and more sophisticated multi-sites installations.

This PoE controllerdoes not require external power supply; it is powered directly over the Ethernet network via the TCP/IP cable, thanks to its on-board PoE 12W power supply (if such a power is delivered by the network). This on-board PoE power supply powers the TPL-DR and its 4 readers, as well as a second controller (not PoE) and its 4 readers.When the PoE option is not required, the controller is powered via an external 12 V DC.The TPL-DR controlleris an ergonomic controller with standard dimensions (236 x 128 mm) for use on DIN rails or within 19” drawers.For use in 19" standing cabinet, DDS has designed a 19" - 2U rack that accommodates up to 4 TPL-DR-PoE. A front panel provides the LED signals for power and communication.

Each reader gets its own LEDs (pass and fail), as well as a buzzer signal.High capacities are reached via the TPL's RAM dynamic allocation between card holders and events buffer. This allows to get maximal capacities of 44,000 card holders for the TPL controller ( 4 readers/ 2 doors), 32,000 card holders for the TPL-D4 controller (4 readers/4 doors) or 53,500 events in memory, according to the on-board ROM.
