Product introduction:	This product is one kind of aqueous environmental-protection metallic antirust paint, which applies for the 4G latest anticorrosive technology (for America) and acts special self-removed anticorrosive resin as key material and confected by several kinds of antirust material and accessory ingredient. It features very low VOC, free from lead or other heavy metallic content, water becomes volatile, and it features free toxicity or odorless, high-temperature resistant, nonflammable and safe transportation.Antirust paint is used to remove rust for metallic surface without any treatment. As for well-rusted metallic part, this may be free from any rust-removal process (for example, polish, acid washing, phosphorisation or shoot blasting and relevant complicated painting works) to reduce construction process and material and labor cost and greatly improve paint efficiency. Such paint features lower viscosity, easy brush and paint works. As for metallic surface without rusting, after painted for several minutes, it shall have chemical reaction with metallic surface and convert into solid black antirust film. As for extremely serious rusting metallic surface, first remove floating rust before painting works. Antirust paint may penetrate into rusting level and have chemical reactor with rust point within several minutes and convert into light yellow black antirust film. It features superior re-rusting resistant performance. As for serious well-rusted metallic surface, this should paint it twice or thrice to provide optimal antirust protection and have antirust performance for long time. This may have aqueous paint or solvent oily paint to make cover decoration, it features bottom turnover, free color penetration. It also features easy construction and large painting area whilst it may act as finish paint for independent use.
Production performance:	1. Good antirust capacity, meeting protection requirement for full painting layer.2. Act water as dispersive media, it feature free toxicity or harmful substance occurring during construction or where paint forms into film. Open fire fails to occur during construction. This assures construction builder healthy and safe, and this may not pollute environment and meet environmental-protection requirement.3. Construction shall be done with some rust, it promotes construction schedule. This features strong adhesive force for paint film, forever free from solidification and features crack resistance and superior chemical resistance.4. Besides match with aqueous paint, this still match with each kind of solvent anticorrosive paint and other metallic base while use. This may use as prime whilst using as finish paint.
Application:	At each kind of large-scale steel structure, ship, iron tower, container, mechanical equipment, petroleum storage tank, chemical storage tank, railway facilities, guardrail, metallic door/window, girder tube, automotive chassis, nuclear power plant, hydromel power plant, caviling planting construction, airport facilities, expressway facilities, electric facilities, offshore facility, gulf structure and other relevant industrial facilities.
Rusting construction and anticorrosive principle:	special American-imported rust self-removed resin among prescription should have weak acid macromolecular composite, which may make steel/iron oxidant (iron rust) converts and closes up. Unique acid base rapidly and fully penetrates where to rust, so that steel/iron enters into one layer chemical or physical composite film, so paint layer becomes dense and tight after paint dries out whilst it features strong adhesive force and makes steel/iron is no longer erosive by oxidation.

Requirement for construction:Before construction, clear up dust and dirt from metallic surface, especially clear up engine oil and smear from surface since they are insoluble with aqueous paint and isolate antirust paint from penetrating into basic level and delaminating from base material or affecting adhesive force (specially for antirust grease for surface of new steel tube, smear for surface of old equipment or engine oil or grease from crack); in case of extremely rusted steel/iron part or cast part, this should first clear up floating scale from iron part, and then blow off or clear up residual rusting dust before construction; in case of strict requirement for decoration surface, this advises to remove rust before construction to make surface even and smooth after iron part is painted. It is not suitable for construction outdoor at rainy days. In case if it rains before less than 8 hours from painting antirust paint, this should paint protective paint film to prevent rain flushing it or affecting antirust effect.Consideration: in case if physical skin or clothes adheres to antirust paint, first clear up it by water before paint film fully dries out, and in time clear up after-used tool by water; fill with much water to paint sprinkling can for several times to prevent clogging it after antirust paint dries out remained at tube of sprinkling can. In case if antirust paint splashes into physical eyes carelessly, first flush them by much clear water; and then immediately send for doctor for medical treatment if not still fell well. Please store it where younger child can not reach.
