Operation Instructions:1. INSTALL1) Install 2x1.5V AA batteries on the battery case.2) Plug coiled cord into handset modular jack, other jack on the set, and line cord on rear of the set.

Set at on-hook

At on-hook press “SET” to enter setting mode, LCD displays “SET 12345678” and “12345678” flashes, Press “</>” to set every entrance item (if input error, press “DEL” to modify). Press “SET” again to confirm, press “DEL” to exit and set next item.1)Set date and timePress “SET”, LCD displays “SET 12345678”. Press “1” to enter date and time setting, LCD displays “1-DATE 2-CL” and flashes.(1)Date: When “1-DATE 2-CL” flash, press “1” to set date. LCD displays “D 2003 01-01” and flashes. At same time LCD displays “11”. Then input the year, month and day, press “SET” to confirm.(2)Time: Press “DEL”, LCD displays “1-DATE 2-CL”, the second “1”flashes. Press “2” to set time, LCD displays “CL 00-00” and flashes. Input the hour and minute, press “SET” to confirm. Dial the call headed “0”, it auto-add before IP1 and auto-IP. The setting way as follows: Service code + pause + 1or 2+ pause + account + pause + password + # +set.

Function Operation at On-hook

a)Incoming Call ReceivingWhen receiving a phone call, the set will detect and display the calling number, date, time and the serial No. If it’s newly incoming call, LCD display “NEW” icon, if the call is a repeat, the “REP” icon displayed, if the call is out of area, the “0” icon displayed, if it’s wrong one, the “E” icon displayed. When move the set to the other place, if no incoming call displayed, press “**#” at on-hook.b)Incoming Call checkingPress “</>” to enter incoming call checking, press “</>”，LCD displays incoming call number, date and time and so on.c)Pre-set dialingAt on-hook input the call number, if input error, press “DEL” to modify, press“ ”to dial it.d)Calculate function At on-hook or off-hook, press “CAL” to enter or exit calculate，the sign of calculating as follow:Addition : “+” Subtraction : “-”Multiplication: “×” Division : “÷”Equal : “=” Dot (·): “*”e)HOLD functionAt off-hook press “HOLD”, LCD displays “HOLD”, the set plays music and shut off the “HOLD” to go back conversation.(1) After pick up the handset press “HOLD” to enter music HOLD status.

(2) Press “ ”, press “ HOLD” to enter music HOLD status.f)OUT functionPress “OUT” to check the outgoing call forwards from the last to the first at on-hook and off-hook.g) Key LockTurn the lock aims to the red dot means no lock; Turn the lock aims to the green dot means lock 0; Turn the lock aims to the yellow dot means lock all(except 110,112,119,120.122).h) Tone/PulseTurn the switch to “T” is tone; Turn the switch to “P” is pulse.i) REDIAL functionAt off-hook, press “RD” to dial the last call with 32 digits.j) The FLASH KeyAt off-hook, press “FLASH” to set flashes 600ms, the FLASH time can be modified as 3.5.1.k) The PAUSE Key Press “PAUSE” will insert a pause between the dialing numbers.l) The VIP Key At incoming check, search the wanted number then press“VIP”key to store a call, press“VIP”again to exit.

Function Operation at Off-hook

a)IP Function (operation be in lock off)Dial IP: First select Auto-IP or IP1/IP2 (according to operation 2.8.1). At on-hook or dialing call incoming/outing call, if the call is headed to “0”, the set auto-adds to auto-IP before the call.b)Del-IP: At off-hook press “DEL”, and then dial the call. The set doesn’t add to IP code before the dialed call.c)Auto hang-up: During the conversation, if the other side hang up or the set isn’t hanged up, the set auto-hang up after rings 8 times.

Speakerphone/Ringervolume

Press “VIP” after press“ ”, LCD display “---------” then press “VIP” to adjust Speakerphone volume. At on-hook, press “VIP”, LCD display “RING VOL 3”, press “</>” to change ring volume and press “SET” to confirm.
