1、铜包钢接地棒是安装人员提供的最佳、最方便的接地棒。它们是以99.9%纯铜原子通过分子结构,附着在低碳钢芯上制成的。它们的抗腐蚀性能极佳,而且由于所使用的钢材具有极高的抗张强度,可以被电动锤深深地打入地下。

3.铜包钢接地材料优点Advantages of Copper clad steel grounding rods
(1)制造工艺独特:金属层以分子链形式完全结合,从而实现铜与钢之间可延性连接,成为单一复合体,可像拉拔单一金属一样任意拉拔,绝不会出现脱节、翘皮、开裂现象。
(1) Unique manufacture process: steel and copper joined together firmly and

(2)防腐特性更优:耐腐蚀性强,正常使用年限高达30年以上。(Cu的年腐蚀率<10μm,使用年限长。钢铁的腐蚀率通常为0.2-0.3mm/年,潮湿酸性土壤腐蚀率高达1.0mm/年,正常使用年限为6~10年)。铜层平均厚度(常规)≥0.3mm;UL标准要求大于0.254mm。

Generally speaking, the steel corrosion rate is 0.2-0.3mm/year,the corrosion rate of wet acid soil is 1.0mm/year, and the expected life time is 6-10 years). The average thickness of the copper is over 0.3mm; the UL standard is over 0.254mm.
(3)电气性能更佳:表层为99.9%的金属铜,导电性能好,电阻率远低于钢材、镀锌钢材等常规材料。组合型铜包钢接地极的螺纹采用搓牙,铜层不会被破坏,电气性能稳定。由于电流的集肤效应,当铜层厚度大于0.254mm时,电流全部从外部覆层通过。
