模具监视器（亦称模具保护器），是我公司利用最先进的机器视觉技术，开发的注塑机模具保护系统，安装在注塑机上，在注塑机成型周期过程中队注塑机进行一次或二次拍照检测，确保动定模因为产品粘膜或顶针滑块未归位造成的模具破坏，从而对模具的正常使用起到有效的保护作用。Mold-monitor (mold protector), mold protective system for injection moldingmachine - adopting the most advancedtechnology of machine vision of our company. It will execute photo-detections for one to two times during the injection molding cycle to protect the mold from being destroyed by model-gluing or non-homing of the thimble slide, which will ensure the normal performance of the mold. 开模第一次检测：指的是在模具开模的时候瞬间拍照检测，确认有无毛边、缺陷，同时根据产品的缺陷与否可同时检测定模有无粘膜，如果任何一种情况出现，便禁止顶针顶出，技术员便可把注塑机切换到手动状态，把有缺陷的产品取出来或定模粘模产品取出，继续工作。First test on mold opening refers to the process of taking instant photos during mold opening to detect raw edges and defects, which also can be used to check on the mold gluing. If any above-mentioned problems occur, the system will stop the thimbles from pushing out. Technicians can switch the system of injection molding machine to manual operation and pick out the defective products or the mold-gluing products before resuming the work. 开模第二次检测：指的是顶针顶完归位，如果有使用机械手的话，同时机械手已脱离监控区域，这时瞬间拍照进行第二次检测，确认模具区域有无产品粘膜或异物残留以及顶针滑块是否归位，如果任何一种情况出现，便禁止合模，技术员检查异常状况，继续工作。Second test on mold opening refers to the process of taking instant photos for second test when the thimbles are homing and the manipulators are away from the monitoring area if manipulators are used, which can detect the existence of mold-gluing products and foreign body residues as well as whether the slide block thimble is homing. If any above-mentioned problems occur, the system will prohibit compounding the mold when technicians can check about the problems before resuming the work.针对1200吨以上注塑机，本公司推荐使用支持1拖2的监视系统进行监控，这样可以避免因为使用大视野的镜头产生的畸变较大，影响检测效果。Double cameras monitors are recommended for the injection molding machines (clamping force is more than 1200 tons) to avoid greater distortion caused by wide eyeshot lens which will affect the testing result. 功能介绍Function Introduction成型品粘定模检测：当有成型品留定模时，会再动模侧形成空穴，这空穴会被模具保护器检测到报警；When finished products remains in the fixed mold, a hole will be formed in the moving mold, which can be detected by the mold protector and alarm will be given.用于插件放置检测：当成型中有插件需要放置时，模具保护器会自动检测插件数量及位置是否正确；Plug-in Placing Test: When plug-in is needed to be placed during molding process, the mold protector can automatically check whether the amount and placing position of plug-in is correct.用于顶针或镶件断裂检测：顶杆或细小的镶件折断会对模具造成损伤或造成大的批次不良，模具保护器能洞察这一切，并能立即组织合模，马上报警；Fracturing-test：Mold protector can detect the break of thimbles or other small mold inserts by stopping the mold from closing and giving an alarm to avoid mold damage or bad influence on the whole batch.用于滑块在位情况的检测：开模后检查滑块是否回位，合模前检查滑块是否在位；Slide-test: Mold protector also can check whether the slide block is homing after mold opening and whether it is at the right place when mold closing.用于填充不足的检测：填充不足现象发生时，会改变产品的形状或表面光泽；Stuffing- test: If the stuffing is not enough, it will change the shape or color of the products.用于毛边的检测：有毛边出现时，产品的范围会变大；Raw edges test: If there are raw edges arise, the size of products will be enlarged.用于落下不良的检测：一次或几次顶出以后，仍有产品未脱落，这时合模是非常危险的，尤其是贵重的模具。模具保护器能在这千钧一发之际大显身手，发出禁止合模指示，以防止损坏模具的事故发生。Falling-test: If the products do dot drop after the thimbles push out for several times, it is very dangerous to close the mould, especially for expensive molds. You can find the mold protector very useful in this case. The mold protector will stop the mold from closing to protect the mold.用于减少不必要的顶出次数：有些注塑机有再次顶出功能，模具保护器能配合注塑机的这一功能，来减少顶出次数。我们可以把顶出次数设定为单次或两次（本应该设定为更多次）经过顶出以后仍有未脱落的产品时，模具保护器会发出再次顶出的指令，直至完全脱落再进行下一动作；To reduce the unnecessary knock out: Mold protector can coordinate with the repeated knocking out function of some injection molding machines to reduce the unnecessary knock out. We can set up the frequency as once or twice when it should have been more.
